I will definitely come back in the future for shopping. They had deals for just about everything and there was a worker named Brian there and he was so helpful to directing me to where the chicken was. He was very kind and sweet, the store wasn’t to busy and it was very clean in the inside.. will come back☺️

I want to make sure that this gets to the upper management/store manager. I would like to commend JOE Comary (sorry if I spelt that wrong) for his amazing work tonight 11/5 when he manned the ship alone with a flood of customers. He kept level headed and assisted us with our very large order that included many discount items that needed to be scaned through(that should have gone through a check out line and not the self service but that was all that was open). He was knowledgeable attentive and helped multiple people all at the same time without anyone feeling neglected. Hopefully he is being properly compensated for his impeccable work and if we were closer to my company I would have offered him a position.

Customer Service is always AWESOME!!! Had the best Cashier, he was nice and went above and beyond. Plus when items are on sale you can't go wrong also when you clip coupons that's more savings

I love this store because they have good quality organic produce and the few times I've gone at times where everything's pretty picked over or in rough shape employees have looked in the back for me for new stock. Their baked goods are good too. The employees have always been really pleasant. I've switched from a Hannaford faithful to mostly shopping at Shaw's now.

2023 update: Quite pleased by the half-decade-overdue return of the self-checkout lanes. 1 star review upgraded to 5 accordingly. Previous 2017 1-star review: DISASTROUS folly of removing the self checkout lanes around Jan 2017 has made this Shaw's an inconvenient nightmare during pretty much every visit. It is a shame, since otherwise this is an excellent location. Always had perfectly functional, human monitored self checkout lanes. I would be in and out in 2 minutes, often daily. Now I must stand in the understaffed substitute traditional clerk lane for 5-10 minutes every time I want to purchase a single Kombucha or unitary convenience item. It is completely senseless for me to go here anymore due to the guaranteed wasted time. The angering aspect is the willful ignorance behind actually choosing to remove the lanes after years of functional service. Their excuses were utter baloney and ranged from "theft" to "people messing up the machine". Management hopefully realizes how much business this has killed. Imbecilic move and very disappointed. Bring the self checkout machines back and I will give 5 stars. I am a fast-paced New Englander and I don't have an hour to stand in line to acquire a few simple groceries. Awful business/management decision in a fast paced 21st century society where day to day time pressures are increasing and payment processing becomes faster and easier. I'll just go to Market Basket if you can't offer me a convenient and fast way to pay.

I love the Shaw's App !! The sales are great, the app is so user friendly. No more writing list & crossing items off, you can view the flyer, clip coupons and rack up points for free items every week. Everyone who works there is super friendly, and very helpful. The store itself, is always neat & clean and when you walk through the door you can't smell the Seafood Dept, which is a clear indication the fish they sell is always fresh, and the daily cleaning of their department is done well.

This place is nice and clean. And I like their bagels. Every Sunday, they have a bagel sale and I always stop by to grab a bag. Some of their products are more expensive than Market Basket, but sometimes the quality is better than MB. You just have to figure out what to buy in what stores. Normally, I shop produce and bagels here. And they have member specials at times. If you combine that with their reward system, this place is great to get your grocery.
